What is Sciton® SkinTyte™?

Sciton® SkinTyte™ is a skin tightening laser treatment that delivers infrared light deep into the dermis. The heat from his light stimulates collagen and elastin production, tightening your skin from within, combating wrinkles and sagging skin. SkinTyte™ can be used to firm skin in the neck and face area, including the cheeks, jowls, and nasolabial folds. Plus, treatment can be customized to your personal needs to help you reach your anti-aging goals.

The Sciton® SkinTyte™ Procedure

During treatment, you will be asked to wear special eyewear to protect your eyes from the laser light, and a cooling gel will be applied to the treatment area. Then, the Sciton® SkinTyte*™ handpiece will be moved across the skin to deliver infrared light, stimulating collagen and elastin. This technology is equipped with sapphire contact cooling to ensure that you are comfortable during treatment. There is no need for an anesthetic, as SkinTyte™ delivers gentle, yet rapid pulses for optimal results. One treatment usually takes about 30 minutes to complete, and most people require 3-6 treatments over the course of several months for the best results.  

Sciton® SkinTyte™ Results

Mild redness may be experienced right after treatment, though this will resolve with time. There is no downtime required, so you can feel free to return to your daily routine as soon as you wish. While some improvement may be noticeable immediately after treatment, your skin will gradually become tighter and firmer over the following months as your skin’s foundation of collagen builds up.
