What Are Exosomes?

You might have heard about the Vampire facial or platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy popularized by Kim Kardashian. Exosomes are the new and improved PRP because they contain all the benefits and more without patients having to undergo a blood draw. Unlike stem cell therapy, exosomes are derived from donated mesenchymal stem cells instead of your own donor cells. This means patients do not have to undergo a blood draw.

In the body, exosomes are naturally responsible for cell communication, protein and RHA exchange, wound healing, and tissue repair. The Exosome Complex used for aesthetic treatment contains a blend of growth factors, peptides, amino acids, vitamins, enzymes, and nourishing humectants.
