HydraFacial™ with Dermaplaning

What is HydraFacial™ with Dermaplaning?

Are you unhappy with the appearance of your skin? Perhaps it appears dull, or you are starting to notice signs of aging. If so, HydraFacial™ with dermaplaning may be right for you! Combining dermaplaning with the HydraFacial™ treatment is ideal, as dermaplaning first removes any built-up dead skin cells to allow for the HydraFacial to be more effective.

HydraFacial™ with dermaplaning can be used to address the following skin concerns:

  • Oily or congested skin.
  • Uneven skin texture.
  • Large pores.
  • A dull complexion.
  • Fine lines and wrinkles.
  • Hyperpigmentation.

Who Can Benefit from HydraFacial™ with Dermaplaning?

Healthy individuals who are looking to improve their overall complexion can often benefit from HydraFacial™ with dermaplaning. However, we do not recommend the HydraFacial™ treatment for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, as some of the active ingredients are not proven safe during pregnancy. However, pregnant women can safely receive dermaplaning treatments. For more information on whether you are a good candidate for this treatment, contact us today to schedule a consultation appointment.

The HydraFacial™ with Dermaplaning Treatment

First, dermaplaning will be used to gently remove dead skin cells and other impurities from the surface of the skin. During this treatment, a medical-grade dermaplaning blade will be gently dragged across the skin at a 45-degree angle to remove any dead skin cells, peach fuzz, and other debris. This process usually takes between 20-30 minutes.

Next, HydraFacial™ will be used to deeply clean, exfoliate, hydrate, and protect your skin. The HydraFacial system uses patented technology to cleanse, extract, and hydrate using special super serums. First, the HydraFacial handpiece will be used to cleanse and peel, uncovering new layers of skin with gentle exfoliation. Next, debris will be removed from the pores with painless suction, followed by strong moisturizers. Lastly, the skin will be saturated with antioxidants and peptides to ensure a youthful glow.
