Your safety, the safety of our patients, clients, and staff is important to us. We have implemented these procedures in response to COVID-19 and to ensure everyone’s safety while within our facilities. 

Safe visit 

Your safety and the safety of our patients, clients, and staff are very important to us. Please know that we are taking all precautions possible to ensure you are safe during your appointment. 

Wear a face mask 

If you are medically able to, we request that you wear a mask that fully covers your mouth and nose. If you are unable to wear your own mask, we have disposable masks available for you. 

Check-in & Screening 

To ensure your safety and the safety of our staff, we will be pre-screening all scheduled patients. 

Social Distancing 

We are practicing social distancing. Please limit elevator use to two individuals at a time. Please adhere to social-distancing guidelines while waiting for your appointment.  

Use hand sanitizer 

No-touch hand sanitizing units will be available for your use. We ask you to please use it upon arrival and departure
